Cement Bonded Particle Boards

Cement bonded particle board (CBPB) is composed of wood particles and cement. It is smooth in texture and light grey in colour with a smooth hard surface. It has very high levels of performance in the presence of moisture and have a high resistance to fire. It is non toxic, free of asbestos and formaldehyde.

MgO Boards

MgO boards, or Magnesium fire prevention boards, are made of nonflammable materials including magnesia, magnesium chloride, fiberglass reinforcement mesh, wood dust, perlite and non-woven,etc. by using special crafts on automatic production lines. They are regarded as the most desirable substitute of OSB.

Our breakthrough product is PU cored MgO SIP panels, made by injecting PU two liquids in a mould, in which two pieces of magnesium oxide boards are evenly spaced. After injection, the boards and the rigid foam become stuck. After demoulding, a PU cored SIP with MgO board as sheathings is ready. We can make whatever types of edge-connections as per the drawings.
MgO boards come in various thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 20mm. The regular size is 1.22m*2.44m and the max length we make is 3m.

Container Housing

Nowadays more and more architects and builders have recognized the value of used cargo containers to construct all kinds of warehouses, homes and office structures. We supply used containers from China. As you know, China is one of the largest exporting countries and industry hubs. Every year, a large quantity of new shipping containers replace the old ones in service. It doesn't mean the old containers are out of use. They are in cargo worthy condition and can be used for shipping goods again by a third party's certification. However, the best option is to convert them into houses.
We can help you ship some cargo using the used containers; we can also do the insulation, cutting and decos of them as per your specific requirements.

Glass Wool/Rock Wool

We provide Glass Wool /Rock Wool insulation products. They are good insulation materials for multi-purpose applications. They are noncombustible, nontoxic and resistant to corrosion, low weight by volume, low thermal conductivity, stable chemical property, low moisture rate and good hydrophobicity.
We use these materials along with MgO boards to insulate and decorate the container houses. Of course, architects and builders will find more uses for them.
